30 Days Money Back Guarantee
We are positive you will love your recent purchase from us but if not and you changed your mind, you may return the item(s) within 30 days from the invoice date.
Please contact us via email so we can provide you with a Return Authorisation Number (RA Number), this does not automatically guarantee a refund or exchange.
Item(s) returned must arrive in brand new condition with the packaging UNOPENED, otherwise we are unable to process refund / exchange / change of mind if seal has been tampered and/or opened
A refund request for a mistaken purchase or change of mind will attract a $9.90 administrative fee
Throne tech will process your refund or exchange within 24 hours upon receiving your item(s) back provided the conditions specified above are met.
Faulty Item(s) Returns
If the item you receive is faulty, please have it returned to us for refund or change within 30 days.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 24 hours, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account.
If you pay by PayPal, the fund will show up as your account balance. If you pay via a credit/debit card, the fund will be available to the email account associated with your payment.
You may then have it transferred back to your bank account free of charge.
Our goods come with guarantee that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.
The warranty period covers the first 12 months from the invoice date.
All warranty claims are subject to vendor or distributor approval.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Please note that we are not responsible for any damage or loss occurred during transportation.
